In order to had adequate time to complete business on Tuesday morning, the start of the Closing Worship Service has been changed to 10:15 a.m.

Check out instructions are posted online, are available on the Synod App, and are posted in the lobby entrance of the TARC and dormitories. ALL luggage going to the airport on shuttles must be tagged by 8 a.m.

Departure schedule is posted in the lobby of the TARC. Two charter buses will depart at noon for O’Hare. One shuttle will depart for Midway. Please follow the check out instructions for your luggage and do not miss your bus. We want you and your luggage to arrive at the same place at the same time.

Hotel guests requiring airport shuttles must have their luggage in the lobby of the TARC before 10:30 a.m.

Two Reminders from our Trinity College Hosts

1) We are a non-smoking campus. There is a designated smoking facility next to the Mail and Print Center that delegates are welcome to use.

2) If parking spaces are designated for a Trinity residence director, please do not park in those spaces, as the residence directors do live here year round, and these spaces are the equivalent to their garage.

Opening Worship Choir

The theme for this year's synod is "Unity in Diversity" as we gather from places across the U.S. and Canada and around the world to celebrate Christ in all of the richness and variety that we bring as believers.

We'll worship using a broad range of musical expressions that will include our rich heritage of hymnody and exultant praise, as well as a brand new theme song written especially for the occasion called "One for the World."

Delegates and Chicago-area RCA members are invited to join the choir for opening worship.
