Board of Benefits Services

The RCA's Board of Benefits Services (also known as BOBS) is an agency of the General Synod that manages and administers the retirement and the assistance programs, and also ensures the availability of appropriate life insurance benefits, long-term disability benefits, and any other programs or services related to the financial and physical wellbeing of eligible ordained ministers and their dependents, and of other employees of agencies, assemblies, and institutions of the Reformed Church in America.

Insurance Information

Despite the fact that BOBS no longer offers group medical insurance, it continues to stipulate 2019 minimum standards for medical insurance coverage for ordained ministers.
