Seeking a part-time director for our church choir. Our ideal candidate would be a person with a strong Christian faith, a deep appreciation for the role of music in worship, and a love for the music of the world church who is intentional about including it in our repertoire. The youth pastor will be responsible for developing, implementing, and facilitating Christian programs that will enhance the spiritual growth and leadership of our youth both within the church and the community as a whole. Responsibilities will also include additional hours dedicated to special outings such as retreats and mission programs. A special focus on increasing the participation of our youth in church as well as forming a basis to seek greater involvement from the youth in the surrounding community is essential. In addition, the youth pastor will recruit, train and support leaders and develop curriculum, activities and outreach events.
