Board of Benefits Services (BOBS) Assistance Fund

The assistance fund provides grants to retired ministers and/or surviving spouses who have extenuating financial needs. Assistance may be granted for a variety of needs, including: housing and utilities, ongoing medical insurance premiums, higher education for children of deceased ministers, funeral grants to surviving spouses, and retirement contributions to the accounts of disabled ministers. Matching grants are available for emergency needs of active RCA ministers and for the medical insurance premiums of full-time RCA ministers involved in a new church plant.
