Dominican Republic - IRD Leadership Training Project
The IRD is eager to transfer knowledge to emerging leaders who are eager to establish a denomination with the governmental and theological similarity of the RCA. The IRD will be responsible to set the goals and accountability for a vision for 3 years, as an initial goal where we prepare 30 leaders and core teams to launch 30 new churches. These churches will be responsible for duplicating themselves after reaching the established goals.
