Accessibility

It’s our goal to provide a fully accessible event. We welcome you and are ready to customize your experience according to any specific needs or requests so that you can fully participate in Mission 2025. 

Mission 2025 will include:

  • Accommodations for food-related sensitivities and allergies
  • Multiple designated seating areas during large gatherings and workshops for people using wheelchairs, walkers, and other assistive devices
  • Captions for all video presentations
  • Designated hearing loop section for all large-group gatherings
  • PA systems and microphones in each workshop room
  • Accessible presentations, including accessible sight lines
  • Accessible stage
  • Accessible restrooms
  • Accessible parking
  • Clear, visible signage
  • Large-print materials (upon request at least one month prior to event)
  • American sign-language interpretation (upon request at least two months prior to event)
  • Language interpretation (upon request at least two months prior to event)
  • Contact information for Mission 2025 volunteers designated to assist with accessibility concerns or needs throughout the event
