Andrew & Amy Fields

The Biblical Seminary of Colombia (FUSBC) is situated in a busy working-class quarter of Medellín, Colombia. The neighborhood sounds are a constant presence, inviting you into the community with busy street vendors, upbeat music, and bustling buses. Many of the seminary students come from families like the ones that live in this neighborhood—hardworking and determined but often strained for financial resources. They come to the seminary for quality theological education that will equip them to lead communities of disciples.

Andrew serves as a professor, coordinator of field education, and dean. Amy devotes her time to their two small kids, families in the seminary community, and the seminary library. Missionary faculty, like the Fields, help the seminary offer high-quality, accessible ministry training for the more than 200 students pursuing their calls to proclaim the gospel in Latin America.
