About Mark & Deb Wilson
The Christian church in Cambodia was nearly wiped out in the late 1970s under the Khmer Rouge. Since the return of peace in the mid-1990s, the church has been steadily growing. Its leaders need nurturing and a strong biblical and theological foundation.
The Wilsons' goal is to rebuild the church by supporting local leaders so that Cambodians can bring the gospel to all Cambodia. Deb is strengthening young church leaders and Christian organizations through training, coaching, mentoring, and prayer ministry. Mark’s ministry is to love, encourage, and equip the Cambodian church and its leaders to discover, understand, and live into God’s intentions for them, and to teach others to do the same.
Mark and Deb work in partnership with the Phnom Penh Bible School (PPBS), the Evangelical Fellowship of Cambodia (EFC), and the Theological Education by Extension Association of Cambodia (TEEAC).
