Martha & Jaime Amaro

  • Evangelism and church planting
  • Education and leadership development

A child’s laughter peals through the air as her teacher uses wooden figurines to show the story of Daniel. Forty small hands raise and move as a worship song fills the room. The pungent smell of glue hangs in the air as a child squirts another glob onto his paper and covers it with cotton balls. His class is learning about the Israelites. The Children and Worship program shares God’s truths through a multi-sensory experience.

In Mexico, there is a lack of trained leadership to guide young children into a strong relationship with God. Martha and Jaime Amaro partner with the National Presbyterian Church in Mexico to train leaders in seminaries and presbyteries across Mexico. They teach the skills leaders need to put a thriving Children and Worship program in place

Give to Mexico - Culto Infantil
Make a gift to help RCA missionaries Jaime and Martha Amaro share the gospel with children in Mexico. The Amaros have introduced the Children and Worship program (Culto Infantil) to many churches in Mexico. They have translated Children and Worship materials into Spanish, and they provide program training at churches.
Give to Indigenous Education Center - Mexico
Make a gift to help build a program center in the Etla Valley area of the Mexican state of Oaxaca, providing primary education to 100 indigenous children five days/week and training new Children and Worship leaders
