Native American / Aboriginal Worship and Educational Resources

Welcome to resources that celebrate the richness of Native American/Aboriginal culture and heighten awareness of the concerns of indigenous people of the United States and Canada.

The RCA has designated the first Sunday in November as Native American/Aboriginal Awareness Sunday. Feel free to adapt one of the following litanies for your celebration of Native American/Aboriginal Awareness Sunday, or for celebration on a Sunday that works best for your congregation.

Additional Native American music and litanies can be found in Voices: Native American Hymns and Worship Resources (Nashville, TN: Discipleship Resources, 1992).

More worship resources are also available from The Presbyterian Church in Canada.
