Called to Zambia
(UPDATED: December 22, 2015)
Being a part of God’s mission is a very exciting and humbling thing. Our family of five—our kids included—has been discerning what God may want us to do and where God may want us to go to serve him.
From June 2014 to June 2015 we served with a small mission organization in Ndola, Zambia, taking care of orphans and vulnerable children as chaplain/life coach and farm supervisor. Now God has called us somewhere new.
Prior to moving to Zambia, we discovered ACTION International at Missions Fest in Vancouver. God has redirected us to the Pastoral Leadership Development (PLD) ministry of ACTION Zambia in Lusaka, Zambia. Grace is considering a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling and will be involved with the spouses and women connected with PLD. She will also homeschool our three children. Jason has a passion for the church to participate in God’s mission and seeks to disciple leaders into the depths of God’s Word and life.
Please pray for us. If God moves you to give, please visit https://www.actioninternational.org/missionary/Jason-and-Grace-Van-Ankum or learn more at our blog, or contact ACTION International directly:
