Fidelity will transmit your salary deferral election to RCA Retirement Services who will report your election(s) to your treasurer/payroll person.
I am an RCA minister and I want to enroll in the RCA 403(b) Retirement Program. An RCA minister is eligible and required to participate in the Reformed Church in America 403(b) Retirement Program when serving an RCA church or institution.
In order for us to set up a Fidelity account we need some basic information. Please complete the Participant Information Form and return it to our office. For security reason, please return the form to us either by fax or mail. The pastor will be enrolled in a retirement age target Fidelity Freedom Fund Class K which he or she may change once enrolled. Fidelity will contact the pastor with instruction on how to complete the enrollment process. RCA Retirement Services will notify the employer that the pastor is enrolled and you may begin making contributions.
Also, the employer must have an RCA 403(b) Adoption Agreement on file. If not please complete the RCA 403b Adoption Agreement and Adoption Agreement Instructions, then return a copy to our office and keep the original on file.

I am not 59.5 years of age yet and am currently experiencing a financial hardship for which I will need to request from the board a one-time distribution.
