I am a lay employee, commissioned pastor or non-RCA ordain minister (and non-formula of agreement) and I want to enroll in the RCA 403(b) Retirement Program.  Lay employees and non-RCA ministers are eligible to participate in the Reformed Church in America 403(b) Retirement Program when serving an RCA church or institution with the written authorization of their employer.

In order for us to set up a Fidelity account we need some basic information. The employer must complete the Participant Information Form and return it to our office. For security reason, please return the form to us either by fax or mail. The employee will be enrolled in a retirement age target Fidelity Freedom Fund Class K, which he or she may change once enrolled. Fidelity will contact the employee with instructions on how to complete the enrollment process. RCA Retirement Services will notify the employer that the employee is enrolled and may begin making contributions.

Also, contributions made for lay and non- RCA ordained employees must be consistent with the RCA 403b Adoption Agreement filed by the employer/church. If not please complete the RCA 403b Adoption Agreement and return a copy to our office and keep the original on file.
