May 22, 2014 – Ken Ramsay in his 62nd year, survived by wife Cathy
September 30, 2014 – Siebrand Wilts in his 71st year, survived by wife Maria
September 30, 2014 – Tom Vander Schaaf in his 76th year, survived by wife Joan
