The opportunity

The Cohort Detroit experience is a ten-month commitment that cultivates young adult leaders, encourages intercultural friendships, and creates space for honest conversations at the intersection of Christian service, racial justice, and vocation. One participant shared, “As a participant in our sister cohort in Central America, I owe much of my own spiritual formation, ability to lead within diverse contexts, and commitment to learning and serving alongside dis-invested communities to the Cohort program.” —Nathan Groenewold, Cohort Detroit Leader

Accommodations:

 Cohort Detroit participants stay with host families.  

Cost Notes:

 Resonate Global Mission (CRCNA) supports interns as they fundraise $6,000 USD or $7,000 CAD. Additional need-based aid is available. Stipend of $1,000/month covers all living expenses and spending money. Apply for Cohort Detroit's monthly contribution toward your monthly student loan payments or college savings fund.
