The General Synod will reimburse you at 67 cents per mile, plus tolls. The maximum reimbursement that the General Synod can pay is 실제 마일리지 요율 또는 일반석 항공료의 30일 전 사전 구매 가격에 해당하는 금액 중 적은 금액입니다. 환급받을 수 있는 금액에 대한 아이디어를 제공하기 위해 일부 도시에서 출발하는 항공료 샘플이 아래에 나와 있습니다. 다른 도시에서 출발하는 일반 요금은 트래블 어드밴티지에 문의하시기 바랍니다.

When you arrive at the Westin, you will first need to check in at the hotel front desk to get your room key, then also head over to the General Synod check-in desk to get your name badge (which is your meal ticket) and other important items.

General Synod check-in times are 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12, and 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 13. If you arrive outside this window, you will be able to check into your room at the Westin, but will need to return when General Synod check-in is open to get your General Synod name badge and other important items.

투표 대의원을 위한 특별 참고 사항:
If you are a voting delegate and plan to arrive at synod after the opening session begins at 3:00 p.m. local time on Thursday or leave prior to the end of the meeting on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. local time, your classis or regional synod clerk MUST contact Liz Brand, director of General Synod operations, at lbrand@rca.org, in order to confirm approval of your sending body. It is your responsibility to contact your stated clerk to let them know you need to arrive late or leave early, and request that they contact Liz. Voting delegates must attend all meetings of the General Synod unless excused by the Committee of Reference.
