Women’s Global Experience to Bahrain and India

Women’s Transformation and Leadership

Global Experience to Bahrain and India

January 14-26, 2019

Join us for this once-in-a-lifetime trip Bahrain and India to learn more about global women’s healthcare and the RCA’s historic medical missionary work in these countries. In Bahrain, we will be hosted by Rev. Keith Krebs, chaplain at American Mission Hospital and learn about the important work being done at the community hospital and school. In India, we will meet missionaries Linn Gann and Revs. JP and Katy Sundararajan to learn about their work with marginalized peoples and explore the past and present legacy and mission of the Christian Medical College & Hospital in Vellore, founded in 1918 by RCA trailblazing woman missionary Dr. Ida Scudder.

This transformative global experience will deepen our understanding of the history, traditions, culture and religion of both countries as we engage with local leaders to share stories of our lives, faith and callings. In addition, we will engage together about how God is calling us to connect our learnings about global women’s healthcare and the work of our missionaries to our own faith communities when we return home.

Come be part of this one-in-a-lifetime experience and be a first-hand witness to God's ongoing, extraordinary work in this part of the world. $3,550, all-inclusive, with flight from NYC (flights from different part of US may vary trip price). Apply before the deadline of October 1 as we hope to book flights by mid-October. A limited number of $500 grants are available for those in financial need and payment plans are available.
