Expense Reimbursement

Please see the Expense Reimbursement section of the FAQs for detailed information about what expenses are and are not eligible for reimbursement.

When you submit, be sure to include copies of all applicable receipts. 

Please do not submit a reimbursement form for expenses you have yet to incur. Reimbursement forms should not be submitted until after General Synod. 

Please also note that reimbursement forms must be submitted within 30 days of the end of General Synod. This means that all reimbursement forms for delegate expenses incurred for the 2024 General Synod must be submitted by July 19, 2024.
