Delegates

What is a delegate? Synod is primarily made up of elders and ministers who are sent from classes and regions as voting delegates. It also includes corresponding delegates—who may speak to issues during debate but may not vote, make motions, or be elected as a synod officer—who represent boards, commissions, and other bodies within the RCA.
