What if my flight gets canceled or I’m unable to attend Mission 2025?

We are praying all goes smoothly for you to attend Mission 2025! Unfortunately, due to our contract with the DoubleTree Hilton, we are unable to issue a refund for your Mission 2025 registration cost. 

 

If a spouse/relative/friend will be staying with me at the DoubleTree but they will not be attending Mission 2025, which registration option do I choose? 

Great question! For this instance, you would choose the one person, single occupancy hotel room option ($750.00 USD at the early bird rate). For all of the various registration levels, please visit the registration tab.

 

What is included in my Mission 2025 registration cost?

Your registration cost includes:

1. Two nights at the beautiful DoubleTree by Hilton Universal Studios hotel
2. Thursday evening courtyard reception, banquet, and movie showing of Law and the Prophets followed by an exclusive Q&A session with RCA missionary Josh Vis and producer Eric Schrotenboer
3. Breakfast and lunch on Friday and breakfast on Saturday
4. Access to exciting speakers–both missionaries and partners who have direct experience on the mission field
5. Corporate worship gatherings
6. Two workshops of your choice focused on specific ministry areas of RCA Global Mission
7. Tools and resources for practical application when you return home
8. Opportunity to connect with an additional 15 mission partners at their exhibit hall space

 

Who should attend Mission 2025?

Mission 2025 is designed for anyone who supports RCA Global Mission, has a passion for mission, or wants to learn more about partnering with Global Mission. We encourage pastors, seminarians, college students, past, present, and future mission volunteers, and anyone who has a heart for the global church to attend. 

 

Are there scholarships available for Mission 2025?

Yes! Thanks to a generous gift from the Church Growth Fund we are able to provide scholarships for the next generation of mission leaders can be part of this important event. Applications are due on or before September 30, 2024. Apply for a Mission 2025 scholarship.

 

Do you offer a discounted rate for additional nights at the DoubleTree by Hilton Universal Studios?

Yes! The DoubleTree by Hilton Universal Studios offers a first-come-first-served guest discount hotel rate for up to three days before and three days following your stay at Mission 2025. We recommend early conference hotel accommodations are booked far in advance. Additional hotel accommodations can be made by contacting the DoubleTree by Hilton Universal Studios directly. Ask them about their discounted rates and perks for hotel guests to attend Universal Studios!

Will there be accommodations for individuals with special dietary restrictions or disability or accessibility requirements?

Yes! The DoubleTree by Hilton Universal Studios offers a wide array of accessibility options and the Mission 2025 team will work to meet any special requests that arise. Please indicate your special request or concern during registration or contact mission2025@rca.org with any question.
