Welcome to registration for Mission 2025–a gathering of people with a passion for and a desire to engage in mission.

Registration options and cost schedule: 

Tier 1 Early Bird Pricing:
April 8, 2024 through August 31, 2024  *Extended to September 10**

One person, single occupancy hotel room $750.00 USD
One person, double occupancy hotel room $600.00 USD
One person, no hotel stay $550.00 USD

Tier 2 Pricing Increase:
September 1, 2024 through October 31, 2024

One person, single occupancy hotel room $800.00 USD
One person, double occupancy hotel room $650.00 USD
One person, no hotel stay $600.00 USD

Tier 3 Pricing Increase:
November 1, 2024 through December 16, 2024

One person, single occupancy hotel room $850.00 USD
One person, double occupancy hotel room $700.00 USD
One person, no hotel stay $650.00 USD

Your registration cost includes: 

  • Two nights at the beautiful DoubleTree by Hilton Universal Studios Hotel
  • Thursday evening courtyard reception, banquet, and movie showing of Law and the Prophets followed by an exclusive Q&A session with RCA missionary Josh Vis and producer Eric Schrotenboer
  • Breakfast and lunch on Friday and breakfast on Saturday
  • Access to exciting speakers–both missionaries and partners who have direct experience on the mission field
  • Corporate worship gatherings
  • Two workshops of your choice focused on specific ministry areas of RCA Global Mission
  • Tools and resources for practical application when you return home
  • Opportunity to connect with an additional 15 mission partners at their exhibit hall space

Flight and ground transportation are not included in your registration cost.
